Ariel Fernandez is a young adult who suffers from seizures and no health care company will accept him other than the Affordable Care Act’s Pre-existing Condition Insurance Program (PCIP). He credits ACA benefits with saving his life. His condition can be managed with medication, however it is very expensive. Because of that, ACA is the only insurance that Ariel can take part of at this time.
